I'm curious if anyone sends grant agreements directly to the grantee portal? If so, what are your thoughts on the process? If not, how do you send out grant agreements?

    Tania - We used to send agreements through BBG as a requirement and published them so they would submit them through the online portal. We started using Docusign late last year and since BBG doesn't integrate with Docusign, we send them through the Docusign website.

    Hi Deena:


    I talked to a couple of people today that gave me a few ideas that would work for us. One of them was publishing the requirement to the grantee portal, as you mentioned. There seems to be a little more work regarding the set up for that process but it’s something I will work on so it is ready for us going forward.
