Bulk Photo Upload

I have been trying for two days to use the Bulk Photo Upload process. I have followed the steps, the .csv file is validated correctly. However, when I go to add the photos they do not load and I get the error bar "Photos are required" see photo.  I have tried two different computers and two different browsers and I'm still having the same issue. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for the response. I was able to get the photos uploaded. There was an extra extension on my files that I wasn't aware of at the time of my post.
