ON API academics/section call returning 403 Forbidden error

I am attempting to complete a GET request for sections using the API as outlined at https://docs.blackbaud.com/on-api-docs/api/academics/sections/get-section

My Request  and response is included as a photo.


I am ensuring that the schoolYear is present and using the %20 as spaces  (Also attached the result of the school year search for reference)


Any idea why I would be getting a 403 error here?

You're missing /api/ after .com and before /academics.
