using ON Api getting 502 Bad Gateway

Hey we have probably 10 or so schools using the ON Api, and recently we have started getting errors (502 bad gateway) when trying to get /users/extended profile information. But only on two of the schools, all the others seem to be working fine.


Any insight on to what might be causing this would be great!
