Raiser Edge API access Issue

Hello All,


I am trying to access the Raiser edge API, but I am getting the following error message since I have all the permission on RE like Full access.

        "error_code": 403,

        "raw_message": "The user does not have permission to perform this operation",


Someone help to resolve this issues.
