Power Automate: "This application has not been enabled for your blackbaud environment"

Trying to experiment with Microsoft Power Automate to move data from our RE NXT test environment to our data warehouse.


When I try to use the Blackbaud connector in Microsoft Power Automate I get this error:


"This application has not been enabled for your Blackbaud environment.

Please contact your organization's administrator."


Can somebody please help me understand what I need to do to give Power Automate the ability to query our environment?


Here are the steps I've taken so far:


a) Activated the Sky API console. I can successfully pull a desired constituent using the console

b) Registered Power Automate and connected the app using this url: "https://canada.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/". Our admin has used the application ID I provided to connect Power Automate and I received a confirmation email.


I still receive the same error though when I attempt to use the Blackbaud connector and sign in when prompted. Am I missing something?
