Can't add syllabus to Bulletin Board

Trying to add a syllabus to Bulletin Board and I get nothing. I have tried linking from Google Drive, browsing and uploading document, as well as drag and drop the document. None of these ways works to attach the syllabus. Please fix this!

    Meghan Flynn‍ - I opened a case with support about the Google Drive issue on August 7th and it's still not fixed. Talk about bad timing with back to school!

    Yikes! Although I was able to attach other docs in Topics through Google drive. I often feel as though I'm in a time-warp back to the early 2000s with the lack of elegance in the interface.
