Countries listed in Online Express

Are the five countries pre-loaded in online express the only places from which gifts can be made through RE NXT? If not, how does one add more countries to that drop down menu?

Hi Mike Higgins‍ - The countries available in your OLX account settings (Account > Integration Settings > General) map back to the countries listed in the International section of RE Configuration.  In order to add more countries to OLX, you will need to add new countries to configuration; check out KB Article #46481 and KB Article #59351 for more information.  After you have added the additional countries, go back into your OLX settings and make sure each new country is selected to display on your forms (KB Article #95931). 


The RE-NXT donation form is an separate product from OLX, and therefore has different settings and restrictions.  NXT donation forms can only support donations from donors within the US. There is an idea in the RE-NXT Idea Bank requesting that the developers improve these donation forms to be able to support donations from other countries; you can show your support by voting for the idea (click here to view).
