Citrix and accessing database view

Hi,  I use a Mac and have not been successful in accessing the database view. When I download Citrix, and then request Open Database view from withn the Web view of NXT, I am shown the window to add and account. I am told that I shouldn't have to and so I close that window. It  also then says that I should save the Launch.ica to my hard drive. I am told I should not need to do this either because Citrix is already installed.


What am I doing wrong, Can anyone help me? apoetsch@catholiccharitiesscc.org
