I'm trying to send an email through RE. I went to Admin, put in Email as what I want to add. Selected a query to whom I want to send the email. Chose Email (Business) as the email address to use. Typed the email and sent. My report said these were invalid emails. WHY?

Sorry Evelyn Fitch‍ I guess it's Monday a.m. and I'm not alert enough to follow what you said.  "I went to Admin, put in Email as what I want to add..."  Are you adding an action? If not, what are you adding?  Are you working in RE NXT?

"My report said these were invalid emails." What report? 

Unless I'm missing something adding an email as an action in RE db does not send an email.  The action is a record of what was done elsewhere. 

Guess I need to better understand what your doing to offer help.
