Recently released:

Dec 2nd: There are now 36 prebuilt insights, with more to come!  Remember when you place an insight on a page, you can make lots of configuration changes under Edit Properties


Nov 25th:  Admissions YTD:

• Candidate Status date based on the July to June instead of calendar year.  Provides meaningful numbers for this year as YTD or year-over-year compared to prior period.   Tip: Use measure Candidate, and drag Date to the filter bar.  From there pick "This year" and compare to same time previous year.  
• This also means grouping by month on Status date will order from July through to June instead of January to Dec. This affects the Candidates pre-configured dashboard as well. 

Oct 13th: Department is here! 

Slice your insights by the Department attribute, or use Department as a filter on a dashboard to provide a department head view of course enrollments, average grade, teachers and sections.

Janet Wittenberg‍ Happy New Year!  Our head of school requests is a year to year comparison of admissions activity. Specifically, we are looking to compare say activity / status / progress of candidates from 7/1/2019 - 1/1/2020 with 7/1/2020 - 1/1/2021. Put another way, how are we doing during the first 6 months of this cycle as compared to the first 6 months of last year's cycle.  (Of course in a few weeks, we will want to pull a new report ... through 3/1/2021, for instance.) 


Can you work your magic on this? I did check with BB Support who explained that is is not possible at this time.
