Continuous Contracts

Looking for pros and cons of going to continuous contracts.

We went to continuous enrollment contracts a couple years ago and it seems to be working well. The parents are informed when their enrollment fee will pull or will need to be paid by - depending on the arrangement made with our Business Office. The biggest piece is to note on the contract if the student is on hold or not returning or if there are other circumstances because it helps to keep track of things and make the reporting a bit easier. If you simply remove the contract from the student then it won't track in any reporting that involves the contract being attached to the student's record and can mess with your numbers.
