Virtual Interview by Faculty

The faculty of our school help with facilitating our admissions interviews.  In the past we printed off all applications and recommendation forms.  We have however moved away from printing everything and now doing Enrollment Management all online.  How can we give access to our admissions interview committee to the applications, report cards, and recommendations without them having access to enrollment management?  We need to preserve our applicants confidentially with regard to scholarship, etc, however need to have our faculty doing the interview have access to the applications and supporting documents.
