Medical Forms with Uploaded Files
Good Morning,
I was excited to see that this year our families could update their medical information and upload immunization records, and physicals, etc.. in the medical form,
but soon realized that there is a huge hole in the process. We are unable to view all the files they uploaded or print in bulk. You literally have to go to the Nurse module and look up
every single student individually, then click on their medical form, then download each file individually. For us this is 1000 students, plus 2-3 files per student. I'm so disappointed this step was missed. Our Nurses and Athletic trainers have been going crazy trying to figure out who has submitted what form.
