Cover images disappearing from topic boards

Has anyone experienced having the cover image disappear from their topic tiles?  We're working with support on trying to solve the issue, but I thought I'd check to see if anyone else has run into this issue.  The cover image loads fine and stays where it should be and then a few days later just disappears.

Yes! It happened to us starting in May. They said they couldn’t duplicate it. I I opened another case in September. It’s still happening for us.

Hi there, yes I'm trying to work with hosting to see if we can get someone in that group to dive in as it doesn't appear that it's something with the feature code but maybe something with the locations that it's pointing to to retrieve the images not returning them. I hope to have more on this very soon.
