Enrollment Management 'Comments'

We use Enrollment Management to keep track of notes on our candidates, is there a way for the 'Comments' that we use for each year will roll over with them if they apply for the next school year?  

We often time makes notes on behavior and parent engagement and would love to be able to able to have them roll over if they are denied and reapply the next year.

Hi Lisa, other people may want to chime in with ideas, but if you add your comments as official notes, it will follow the candidate from year to year. You also flip back to the prior admissions year to see comments left elsewhere.

I have wanted to add to Official Notes/Internal Notes in Enrollment Management to document continuing communication or outreach with families, but once a student is enrolled (no longer a 'candidate'), it won't allow me to utilize Official Notes anymore. Where would you recommend I keep up with documenting communication with families (new and existing)?

Hi Meredith,

Great question! We also don't have access to any further communication outside of EM. I know that the Academics platform has this availability, it would be really helpful if we could create official notes in the Faculty platform too!

Please let me know if you figure out how to send the official notes outside of EM.
