Sending individual templated emails

Hi,


Instead of sending emails through Workflow there are some instances where we want to be able to send the marketing/templated emails to a constituent on a case-by-case basis.


Without creating a list for this one person, is there a way of sending them an email - either through the marketing section or directly from the constituents record?

Hi Melanie Parker‍ - Unfortunately, this is not possible. The only way to send an email from Marketing is to have it linked to a constituent list. Make sure to visit to RE NXT Idea Bank and add this idea + vote for similar ideas.
