Extra columns in exported lists

Is it possible to delete the 1st 4 columns that are added to an excel export from lists as a default? The 'view record', system record ID' 'gift id' & 'is anonymous' are not relevant to us for lists and we have to delete them each time we export a list.

Thanks,

  • Hi Cathi.  I posted a similar question earlier this week on the Facebook users group, and received some replies but no resolution.  I have a List that I export weekly and every time I have to go through the report and delete unnecessary columns.  Frustrating!

I haven't exported lists from NXT so didn't notice this.  Has it started happening in the last couple of weeks?  There were some new features that came out for Lists and I wonder if this is unintended.  Have either of you asked Blackbaud?

Someone did raise another issue on the blog post introducing the new features and it is being addressed right away.

I am not aware of that option with NXT lists and while this seems excessive for 4 columns, you could record a macro to quickly delete those four columns. And if you haven't already add it to the idea bank.
  • Karen, It is not a new thing, unfortunately.

I was trying here first to see if anyone had a solution

    Thanks!

I also wish the Constituent ID column would be labeled as such, not constituentlookupid.
