Donor Relations and Stewardship pieces
We moved to RE NXT a little over a year ago. Before that we were using RE7. It was easy for us to generate donor reports using Crystal Reports and then save the reports in the fund or constituent records for our Development team to see. Now that we are in NXT, there is not easy import function that can move the reports to the fund or constituent records, it is a manual process. This has generated a discussion for us as to whether or not we are following best practices on how we store this information. How do other institutions house their stewardship and donor relation pieces so that Development teams can have access to them for their donors?
