can a teacher recommendation form be reset for a teacher to edit once it has been submitted and processed?

    Hi!  I'm not sure if you've worked this out already but I've been able to reset the recommendation form from received or requested to awaiting by deleting the document, clearing out the checklist (after screen capturing so I can rebuild it), adding the checklist back onto the record and re-entering all of the info I deleted.  It sounds complicated but it take only a minute or two and is seamless.  There may be another way but this has worked for me!
