NXT Dashboards and drill down not matching management report amounts

Hi - we just started using NXT primarily for the dashboard functionality.  So far we really love the visualization of the data!  However, as we dig in, we are noticing that the data between dashboards (especially the CC by Month and CC Income and Exp present different roll up totals.  The CC by Month amount for revenue is including the beginning balance and adjusting this year's YTD total down.  


We are looking to provide access to these dashboards to our program directors in the near future, but if the numbers are different than we can't proceed.  Anyone know of a setting we can click that would adjust this for us?

Please ensure that the CC Income and Expense have the same Codings throughout. Example 01-1000-00 in one account, but in the other it was entered as

01-1000 when it was initially created.  They must both have the same segment.

I am having issues with the Dashboards as well. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
