Entering Decisions in bulk

We have different decision types for those receiving vs. not receiving financial aid. We need to be able to run a list of those who have Financial aid awards in their records and assign the corresponding school decision in bulk. However, I see no Financial Aid Award filters available in Candidate/Sky lists, only whether or not aid was requested. How do folks enter decisions in bulk without importing a .csv file?

Hi Laura, the contract list allows you to pull candidate information and their financial aid award. We can also look into adding a financial aid filter to the candidates for review list, that list allows you to assign decisions in bulk even if you're not using committee review.

Thanks very much, Sarah! Yes, it would be a huge help to add this info as a filter and/or column in the Candidates for review list, as it includes the action options around adding decisions, sending official notes, etc.


We were also wondering if there are plans to include a school decision date filter in Candidates list? That filter was helpful with sending out day-of decision notifications via worklist last year.

Sarah Bienvenue‍ - To piggyback on Laura Forshay‍'s excellent comments and requests: We send out enrollment contracts in waves, with both returning and new students paying full tuition sent first. Wave two is newly accepted students with financial aid, followed by returning students with financial aid. I'm wondering what we might do to make our process more streamlined (read = less manual) as we push out contracts. My sense it ties into this question.
