Is there a delay for when new data will show

Hi Janet

It appears that new data won't populate in the dashboards until the next morning. Is this accurate? I have done an import of grades, but they don't show until the following day. Or if I make a change in the grading area of BB SIS (like change the grade plan grade name) that doesn't show until the next day. Just want to confirm that I'm not doing something wrong.

Hi Kathleen,

There is a full refresh every night.  Other data gets updated to reflect changes nearly hourly throughout the day, such as incoming applications.  Since you are relying on imports you are probably not causing activity the same way a teacher entering grades would.
