NXT Opportunitiy List for Trustees

I was just asked for a list of all current trustee opportunities and I keep hitting dead ends on how best to do this. I know I can always add a custom field to the trustee opportunities or I can create an export and send it as a spreadsheet, but I would like a more elegant solution if possible. I have tried pulling a static query from RE7, but it looks like I can't pull static queries for opportunities. :-( I track my board members using constituent codes. Also not all of my trustee opportunities have the same solicitor. Ok hive mind what solutions do you have for me.

My instinct would be to do it in Database View using a query of Board Members to feed an Export where you select what proposals you want to see from those records (in Export, you can filter Proposals based on the "Purpose" field) and export whatever data you need.


But you should be able to do this in Web View by creating a new dashboard in Report Builder: I used the Opportunity Status Analysis, but you may want to use another on depending on what you're looking for. Click the "Edit Properties" button on the report tile once you add it to your Dashboard, change the Row Attributes to view by Constituent Name, change the Column Attributes if you feel you need, and for the Insight Filters, filter on the board constituency code. HOWEVER, this ONLY works if the Board members have that as their Primary Constituency, because in Report Builder you can only filter on Primary Constituency (it's listed as "Constituent primary code"). You may have to fiddle around with it a bit to get exactly what you want, but it should work.
