Ticket Scanned Location or User

We have numerous windows and sites where tickets are scanned. As we have changed to timed admission, we are no longer honoring old tickets.

We want to create a query where we can see who scanned a ticket or at least the workstation it was scanned from. Has anyone found that capability in ad-hoc queries?

Or have you found a better function to see what staff has scanned tickets? We want to be able to retrain the specific staff who are having issues, rather than just making a general staff announcement.

Thanks for any tips that work for you.
