Where to save prospect research portfolio's in RE NXT

Hello all! I hope all is well. Where do you save prospect research portfolios? Do you save them in RE NXT as an attachment so that Major Gift Officers and other staff members can review it on the go? Seeking advise and guidance! Thanks again!

We save them as notes.

We attach them as media in database view so they end up in the attachments in NXT.

Yes, I would save them as a note/attachment. I would also make sure things like relationships are added to the record and any important information is added to the summary note.
