"You don’t have access to any SKY API enabled Blackbaud products."

Hi. I have a developer account with Blackbaud. I developed an application and was able to authorize through Blackbaud's oAuth2 and then all of a sudden I couldn't. I'm getting this message: "You don't have access to any SKY API enabled Blackbaud products. Please contact your organization's administrator." The administrator did not revoke privileges. There is a problem with the application that I've been trying to debug, so I've logged in frequently this morning to test the live product (it works fine in debug, but not live). Did I log in too many times? Is there a limit? Thanks for any insight you can provide.

  • This has been resolved. Looks like it may have been due to an internal issue at Blackbaud. At https://status.blackbaud.com/ they posted "An issue impacting some of our customers causing intermittent slowness, errors or other service issues is now resolved and services have been restored. If you have any questions about status in the future, you can always get updates at this page. Thank you."
