Hello, is anyone else experiencing a very slow refresh/update of their Analyze-Contract board? Ours is only refreshing approximately every 8 hours or so which is making it useless at this point to use for reporting. Aren't they suppose refresh/update about every hour? or at least 3 -4 hours around mid-day? Thanks!

    Thanks Sarah, I did yesterday and case is ongoing. Case # is 018248335. Right now our Contract Analyze board has not updated for 8 hours which if our administration viewed they would think none came in today which is completely incorrect. We are resorting to exporting contracts lists to excel in order to keep them up to date. Not how these Analyze boards are suppose to work and we cannot share with our Admin team unless they work as intended. The only time it seems to update is if someone from support notifies someone that it has not updated.
