Blackbaud Database servers have been slow for weeks - we have a ticket open but no answers - anyone else?

All of our users are experiencing slow database problems. This is across the board, nationally. It happens daily and more prevalent in the afternoons (EST). We have a ticket open with Blackbaud but still no answers. Is anyone else experiencing this? Can someone from Blackbaud shed some light, please? This is causing major productivity problems for us. Thanks.
