Exporting Reports

Is anyone else having trouble exporting reports? I've tried exporting to Excel Data and PDF, and am unable to. Just wondering if others are having the same problem, or if this is a known issue. Or, perhaps, I need to create a new help ticket?

  • Hi Deb, I was having issues yesterday with the status/download buttons not appearing in the lower right after clicking on the download option -- I found that refreshing the browser seemed to solve the problem. Hopefully this is a temporary bug.
  • Thank you, Donella. I'll surely give that a try next time! Sometimes, it's the easiest of things that bring about a solution. :-)

  • Looks like the process directly to PDF is no longer available. That is the majority of my reports.

  • I use the export to PDF all the time as well, very sad to see this option gone! It saved a a bunch of steps to get to a printable version of the report or one to save and email. :(


    Now I have to click Run, wait..., View Report, wait..., PDF, wait... Before I could just Export to PDF using the 3 dots and then wait once. I really hope they bring this option back.

  • Same. I really miss being able to export to pdf from the "...". And I miss seeing dates without having to drill down twice. Dates are the most common error I make with reports, so I have to always check that.
  • yes, we are having issues exporting to Excel. PDF works. We tried and tried yesterday to get in touch with BB support. It is critical for us right now.
