Advanced Search--SQL filters

Hello.

In advanced search, how come I can't access fields that are part of the coding sheets? I can think of two examples where we would want to report on two or more items in the same coding sheet, i.e. program area.

Am I missing something? Or is this something that doesn't exist in bbgm and I have to create an idea for?

Thank you!

  • I dont think it exists in the advanced search area... I find this quite fiddly so might be worth raising on the ideas...

I tend to stay in the basic search and use the add filters button, select the coding sheet sections i need - and then transfer into the advanced search and you will see that it then loads the SQL coding for those parts (I tend to copy and paste this into onenote too whilst i carry on building - just in case i need to reset it all if it doesnt work as its a pain starting it all again)

I assuming it works the same in Sky view but i havent got that far into playing with it.

That's an interesting work-around. A basic search doesn't automatically show up in advanced search in SKY view, so I may take it up with Ideas.

Also, if anyone is interested, the coding sheet ids can be found in the classification section.

    Thanks,

    Jane
