Yes. There’s quite a few significant issues with
reports right now. I’m sure the Blackbaud team is working hard on
them.
Sometimes, it just takes awhile to show that it’s processing the

Yes, I also started having problems after the update. I have logged a support case. For the past 2 days, my report(s) eventually processed, but today, I don't get any of my reports to show up. Other users within my organization can run reports. Very strange situation indeed. For anyone wondering, here are the questions Support posed:
- Does this occur for all users/workstations in the same way?
- Are you clicking on the run button once and this issue occur? or does this only occur when clicking on the run button multiple times?
- Does this occur for all web browsers?
- Can you test running the reports in incognito mode to see if this issue appears that way as well?
- Is this with all reports - large and small?

Thanks - I decided to try some of those to see if anything changed... 2 different browsers, incognito mode, different sizes of reports and all is the same, no report. Have to go to database view to get the reports.

Thanks everyone for letting us know! It does seem some users are currently experiencing issues where the pop up when processing reports comes up briefly and disappears or may not come up at all. Thank you! Yes, mine was working fine until this morning. Although, the actual report parameters and the layout/look of the reports module screen changed a few days ago, it is almost like the update wiped out the stored memory of this module.1

I have experienced some strangeness with the new report rollout.
My main issues have been that my search parameters are not saved when I go into the Report section. I have to manually enter it in the "Find in this list"
In addition it takes about 1-2 seconds for text to appear when I enter my search term. This is when I am using IE and Chrome. I am trying Edge and it seems to work better.
The rollout initially affected me on Tuesday and then my co-worker saw the changes on Thursday afternoon.

Good morning. Looks like the running of the reports issue has been corrected. However, is anyone else having issues with the "stickyness" of this module?? I have to reset the columns I want to view every time I open it up. In addition, it used to open on the last view tab, for me that was generally my Favorites. Now it opens at the first tab every time. Again, the settings no longer appear to be sticky. Super annoying!

Yes, I was having the same problem with the report processing popup disappearing. I found that refreshing the browser made the pop-up reappear, so that I was able to view my reports after processing. At least it is a way to view your reports while Blackbaud is working on the issue.2

I agree. Opening up the reports to the first tab every time is very annoying. I liked it when it would open to the last viewed tab...which was always "Favorites" for me. Now there's an additional "click" one must do.2

Yes - I am having the same issue. The first time I used the new format, none of the pop-ups happened. In the days after, they usually pop up but sometimes there is a long delay and other times they don't at all. Couple other things that I do not like: (1) You cannot use default versions of the reports. It leads to you open and save the reports versus just using the default ones, and (2) you cannot see the date ranges on the column fields unless you edit and click into each one. In the old version as well as database version, you could easily see the date ranges. At least they fixed the hide columns issue (easier to get to), and I think that the navigation is better.1

Update - There has been a patch applied and now I see my last filter in the "find in this list" area.
There is also no more delay when entering new filter terms. This applies to Chrome and EDGE.
There is still a delay when using Internet Explorer.0 -
