Recording Graduway activity in RE

We've recently launched our e-mentoring programme using Graduway and are considering how to record some of this information in RE. For example we would like to be able to track the number of messages that people send through the platform to gauge how many hours somebody is contributing to our volunteering programme, however the report format is posing some challenges - each mentor/mentee pair has their own line with the total number of messages ever sent between them, so a sender could be on the report more than once and there isn't really a way to tell how many of the messages are new since we last ran the report and which ones we've already recorded.


Does anyone else use Graduway and how have you tackled storing this (or other) data in RE? We have the volunteering module so I'm leaning towards using timesheets, but can't quite figure out the best way to do it.

Alan, we've never used Graduway, and since there's not a lot of response I'm wondering if it would be easier for people to answer if you could share an (anonymized) sample of the data output file you are trying to record?
