We supposedly received a message about this fee increase, but I searched my inbox, spam, and trash, and found NO such message. This process of increasing fees was not transparent. And for a small non-profit, this is pretty significant increase.

We did receive notice a while back but the explanation about why was lacking. The already high subscription fee should cover enhancements.

Have any of you disputed this charge? Given the financial hardships many of our nonprofits have faced this year it seems really tone deaf. And it was unclear what the additional charges were for. Our organization is already PCI compliant...

I don't understand how they are allowed to change the terms of the contract if it is a contract?
