Redirect URL

Hi everyone!


I'm wondering if there is any way to redirect to another page after a successful event registration. We have the event registration form embedded on our site and are trying to find a way to track conversions. So far we've been unable to find a way to be notified when a form submission has been completed. Is there a way to configure a redirect URL? Or a javascript event that can be listened to?


Has anyone else attempted to do this? Thanks!

There is a setting in the event registration form at the bottom of the confirmation page that you can add email addressses to.


When the notification comes through it looks like this (took a screen shot direclty from my outlook):

Thanks for the response, Elaine. Unfortunately, email notifications aren't sufficient in this case since we're trying to track conversions via a Facebook pixel. This is typically done in an integration like this by embedding the tracking pixel on a thank you page that the user would be redirected to after a successful form submission or through the use of a callback or event handler in Javascript.

We create different forms within the EVENT to track where they came from; since you can copy the forms easily it only takes about 2 minutes to set up. The confirmation email needs to be formatted for each form, but I have the text saved in a text doc so it's easy to update the confirmation page.


I'm just now learning HTML, so hopefully the technical side of this will make more sense for me in the not too distant future.

here is what you see directly from the EVENT screen in NXT when you open the event and look under "online registration forms"



The first line is our "main" form and the second line is a particular appeal, but they are all housed in the single event. You can also query on what form was used for the registrants so if you need to follow up with a particular group of participants it's easy to group/contact them.

Currently there's no way to access the confirmation page itself to add a tracking pixel, the page is currently autogenerated (you CAN customize the confirmation email but it sounds like that's not what you're trying to do here.)


This is something we're considering for the future. I've added an Idea for this with the details from this post; you can vote for the Idea to track our progress towards this.

Hi Samantha! Thanks! Yes, I'd either like to be able to place a tracking pixel on the form OR be able to provide a custom redirect URL to have users redirected to a custom thank you page on our own website (where we could add the necessary javascript).
