Links to shared NXT Lists don't work

I am having an issue with the Share links in NXT constituent lists: When I copy the link to either insert into an email or into an Excel spreadsheet, it appears to work. However, if I (or the person I sent it to) go back to that link later it opens up NXT lists but opens the last list that I opened, not the one that the link is supposed to go to. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a solution? If this worked, it would make my life so much easier than having to go search for each list I want to access every. single. time.

Admittedly, I know only a little about this topic, but.... have you checked that your links are pasting correctly? No errant spaces where they shouldn't be? No missing tag ends? The one and only time I've tried sharing a list this way, it worked perfectly as it should, so I hope that others will have some good solves for you.

Melissa Halsne‍ it sounds like you are doing this, but make sure you are using the link that is created from the "Share" button on that specific list, not the url in the address bar which will take you to just your specific lists area and would open to the last list you had open.

Yes, I am pasting the links from the Share button and they do actually work - initially. The problem is that if I go back to the email where I inserted the link in the first place, it only takes me to Lists and not the specific list.

Actually, I wonder if the links only work for 30 days or something.

I had that issue recently and I noticed that the links had changed. Specifically the path to the list had changed.

I had to resend the links to my users. I feel like this is something that should have been announced by Blackbaud.

This is Blake Moody on the products team. Thanks for bringing this topic up! Our goal was to make these links still work for shared lists. After reviewing your post and this discussion, I checked with the team and determined this is a bug. We have just pushed out a fix. Your old links should now redirect successfully, so I'd love if you can let me know if you are good to go or still having issues?
