Sending a Member List through API to Email Client

I'm new here. Apologies if I'm in the wrong category.


We would like to set up a scheduled query that runs every day in RE NXT. The query would export a list of current donors who accept email and their email addresses. We'd like the results of that query to be pushed through an API to our email program so we can send emails to our current members. Is it possible for an API to grab query results from RE NXT?
