When do you make 'next year' the current year in Settings?

Hi,

As we close out the academic year, is there a recommended time when your institution will switch 2021-2022 as the "Current Year" in CORE-Settings-School Years? Our Spring term ends May 7, and summer begins May 17th and goes through June 6... so we're thinking June 6. Although, what we are finding is that when we enroll FA21 students, their personas are students "incoming students" not students-students.
