RE NXT Contact Entry Procedure

I recently was asked to put a contact database procedure manual together for our organizations. There are several departments that enter contacts into our RE NXT system and are missing standard key steps that is causing us to have miss information or duplications. Has anyone created a manual that you would be willing to share to help me get started. I'd appreciate any help you can provide.
