Classification Table (Giving Program, Type, Status)

We would like to change the default option that appears when filling out a request form. Any advice on how to do this? When we select the current default (which we no longer use) there is no option to deactivate it

Are you looking at this through the application form field, or in the classification table in BBGM?


To change it inside the application form - you need to click to highlight the field, and then in the right hand pane just above the Default Value drop down - you have a button for 'Edit codes' - click on that and that should open a new window for you to deselect the current option by moving it over to the left window - and then add in your new option from the list on the left by moving it into the right hand window.

These codes displaying on the left will be what you have built into the classifcation table in BBGM.

Thank you for your suggestions Louisa. I am looking at this through the classification table in BBGM. When I want to add a new request (via a blueprint form), the Type is always defaulting to a type we rarely use. Therefore I would like to change the default in the classification table.
