"Web" Tab Missing

Hello,


I'm wondering why I don't have the "Web" tab in my toolbar? I want to configure email alerts so I can receive notifications about specific types of scheduled programs (field trip bookings), and the Help section says to click the "Web" tab to get to "Email alerts management." However, there is no "Web" tab in my Altru view.

Hi Travis,


You may need to have your assigned "roles" updated on your user profile. Do you have the "Email Alerts" or "Email Services Administrator"? Sounds like you might need the "Web Forms Administrator" role as well.

I don't have either of those tabs. To get to email alerts, I have to click "Sales" then "Email alerts for online sales," and there are very few options to configure types of email alerts. I think I have pretty basic user access.
