Google Drive permissions required to add a file in K-12 solution?

When teachers click the "add from Google Drive" button while editing their bulletin boards, only a subset of the teacher's Drive files appear and can be selected. We've adjusted permissions on some Drive files trying to see what makes them available in this view, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Anyone have insight on this?


Also, am I right that the "add from Google Drive" button is not available when creating an Assignment? Seems like that would also be a useful place for it, aside from just posting a link to a Google document.
