Electronic Transcript

These days, more and more, we are submitting transcripts electronically.

Our basic template has a section for "signatures" on the bottom.

Since these don't apply in an electronic scenario, we have an electronic template doesn't show this.


Beyond that, does anyone also have verbiage that they add to an electronic transcript that indicates it's "official" without a signature?

We use the watermark feature and add this text at the bottom of the transcript:

Worcester Preparatory School Crest appears as watermark on official transcripts

For our electronic transcript, we have this statement in red just above the traditional signature line.
