Idea for the connector: Send an HTTP request to Blackbaud

Just a shameless attempt to get a few extra votes for my idea.


SharePoint has a "Send an HTTP request to SharePoint" action that can be very useful if you need to do something that is supported by SP's REST API but is not included in their connector.


Would people use a similar action if it were in the Blackbaud connector?

This would be useful it you need to use one of the SKY API endpoints, but find that it is not included in the Power Platform connector. With a little research on the SKY API documentation, you could construct a call to any SKY API endpoint you wanted. Plus, you wouldn't have to learn about the OAuth2 authentication process, which seems to trip up a lot of people who try to work directly with the API.


Personally, I have a custom connector that I use to hit the endpoints that aren't in the official connector. And if I were going to use an endpoint regularly, I would probably add it to that. But if I just needed to hit one obscure endpoint in one flow, I think an action like this would be perfect.
