Raisers Edge NXT - Reporting - Acquisition issue
Hoping for help. I am running acquisition (fundraising/reporting/acquisition) and when I run the report, if I do not choose any filters, the numbers look correct. If I want to choose an appeal category, it shows that all donors to that category are all new donors (which is not correct). Any idea why this is not comparing to our existing donors?
