Refunding a charge

How would I go about reversing a charge for an event? If I delete it before it processes will the charge not go through?

Hi Ryanne - Transactions submitted through OLX forms are charged immediately. You can refund a transaction by logging into your Blackbaud Merchant Services account, locating the transaction through the Transaction Search (Transactions > Transaction Search); within the results window click on ellipses (…) to the right of the transaction listing to issue a refund.
