Activity Entries not showing on student schedules/calendars

we were told to enter break time & lunch time as a activity which was added to the student schedule but we cannot get them to show on the student calendar or their day view

    Have you set up a schedule set for the activities?


    Scheduling > Schedule outline > Schedule sets > set the filter to the right as needed


    If you have set up the schedule set, check the access dates settings by clicking the pencil icon to the far right of the schedule set.


    If all of these things are done and correct, check the Group page access settings:


    Core > Security > Group page access > Activities > check Start date for Students in activity.

    We have all of those steps in place and have triple checked them.

    We are having the same difficulty getting Activities to show on student and faculty schedules. We were told to use Activities for special schedules like assembly and mass. Still waiting for a resolution.
