address mapping problem - NXT

We created a constituent list in NXT, using a filter of one constituency code. When we did the address mapping and zoom in on the state of Kansas, there is a result of 469 records in Kansas. Here is the perplexing part. When I zoom in further, one of those records has an address of Puerto Rico. The second perplexing part is, we only have 41 KS addresses (preferred, as I know the mapping only looks at the preferred address) in Kansas. I have checked every filter. We don't know why we're getting these results. When I checked in database view, the constituent with the address in Puerto Rico has nothing in her record even indicating anything about Kansas…Even when I included inactive, deceased and all addresses, we only have a total of 54 KS addresses. …what could be going on here with the address mapping?

Madeleine Holdsworth - If you mapped your criteria exactly between DBV and WV and are still coming up with different results, your best bet will likely to be to contact support.

Thanks, that is what I have concluded as well. Another person on my team came to me with the issue. I was able to replicate the results on my own. The criteria in both views is exactly the same. I will check with support.
