Uploading payroll entry from ADP

We have converted to ADP for our payroll solution and are putting in the journal entry. However, we are having trouble getting it to post to both the GL account and the bank register. Does anyone have any guidance on this?

    Hi Beth, what version of FE are you using? I'm currently using FE7 (not NXT). I usually upload a specific ADP report which I then convert to an Excel file with the columns I want to show in my FE7 Journal Entry, then I convert that file to a text delimited file, which I then Import into FE. If you're using FE7, I may be able to help or walk you through my process. Good luck!

    On the batch header are you checking the box to create bank adjustments when posting to a banks cash account? that needs to be selected to update the register

    We have been doing this. Finally found out the entry must be posted for the adjustment to show up in the bank register.
