Donation Form Internal Notification
Good afternoon everyone!
We recently added Blackbaud Merchant Services and have been using the Donation Form Designer in RENXT to create our new forms. I have added certain internal staff to receive notifications when a donation comes in, but we noticed that the notification email does not include the donor's name. Does anyone know if/how you can adjust the information you receive in the internal donation notification?
